Wagon Train (Sept. 1957 - May, 1965, 284 episodes)

Wagon Train, one of the most popular Western TV shows of all time, had considerable change the cast and show format over the years, but remained essentially the same throughout all eight seasons; the story would always center around the characters traveling (sometimes more, sometimes less on the series' regulars) on a wagon train, being forced to fight man and nature as they do so.
Frank McGrath and Terry Wilson were the only ones who were with the show throughout its entire run.
Ward Bond played the wagon master for the first four seasons, then after his death on November 5, 1960, John McIntire became the new wagon master and remained so until the end of the series.
Scouts were played by Robert Horton (seasons one to five), Denny Scott Miller (season five to seven), and Robert Fuller (seasons seven and eight).
Young Michael Burns played Barnaby West for seasons four to eight.
