Regular Shows:

Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (Sept. 1962 - Mar. 1963, 25 episodes)

Taking its name and basic scenario from a well-known 1939 movie starring James Stewart, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington was an interruption in Fess Parker's sequence of frontiersman roles; he plays Eugene Smith, a sincere -- but perhaps slightly naive -- man elected to the United States Senate.
Sandra Warner plays his wife, Pat, in nine out of twenty-five episodes, and Red Foley plays his uncle. Stan Irwin and Rita Lynn each appear in five episodes.

As far as I can tell, Mr. Smith is not available on DVD, though I believe prints still exist.

Daniel Boone (Sept. 1964 - May, 1970, 165 episodes)

With Fess Parker in the title role, Daniel Boone enjoyed a long and popular run on NBC during the '60s and into the first year of the '70s decade.
The show's storylines centered on frontiersman Daniel Boone's adventures, which took place mostly in the town he founded (Boonesborough, Kentucky). His wife, Rebecca, was played by Patricia Blair for the entire run of the series, and his son, Israel, was played by Darby Hinton, also for the entire run.
Boone's educated Indian companion was played by Ed Ames for the first four seasons.  Other regulars include:

Jimmy Dean (seasons three through six)
Veronica Cartwright (seasons one and two)
Albert Salmi (season one), and
Rosey Grier (season six)

The entire series of Daniel Boone has been available on DVD, but currently only some seasons are available.

*A note on . . . .

Davy Crockett

Playing Crockett in five hour-long episodes of Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color launched Fess Parker to stardom, and sent much of American youth into a coonskin cap craze.
Buddy Ebsen played Crockett's sidekick, George E. Russel.
Davy Crockett originally was a sort of mini-series airing over Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color, but all five episodes were also edited into two movies (Davy Crockett: King of the Wild Frontier and Davy Crockett and the River Pirates), and that's mostly how Davy Crockett is watched today.

Davy Crockett movies on DVD.
