Regular shows:

Cheyenne (Sept. 1955 - Dec. 1963, 109 episodes)

Clint Walker's most famous role is arguably that of Cheyenne Bodie, one week a sheriff, the next week, a scout, the next . . . ?  Cheyenne was not a "continuing" show, but featured Cheyenne in different roles, and different eras of the Old West.
Around 1958, Clint Walker left the show for a while over a contract dispute, and Cheyenne would sometimes alternate with other Warner Brothers shows (such as Bronco and Sugarfoot), adding to a hodge-podge schedule.
L.Q. Jones co-starred as sidekick "Smitty" in the first season, but left after that, because after all . . . Cheyenne is a "lonely man."
